The jury is still out on whether they are able to do so or are just making the disease worse. Regardless, take a look at this piece from the Economist. Keep in mind that this is hardly a conservative magazine. Billy will be well fed and ready to expose some truth in the morning. I have to admit I don't get his motivation. Mom must have the mortgage paid off by now so all Billy has to do is sit back, wait for her to kick and he inherits the house. What does he care about mortgages?
