PromoTheRobot Posted April 21, 2008 Share Posted April 21, 2008 My family's Verizon plan is expiring and we are considering going pay-as-you-go. Our combined plans cost us about $150/mo. My wife and daughter barely use their phone while I use about 600-700 minutes a month. That does not include our free nights and weekend calls. Some plans seem cheap but nick you for an extra $1 every day you use your phone, so if you talk 1 minute a day, that's an extra $30/mo! Then there's the question of coverage and roaming.
