We sucked in the 70s for the most part, sucked in the 80s for the most part until the end of the decade (under levy), were the winningest franchise for the 90s (if memory serves) under Levy for the most part. 2000s have sucked and had a lot of turnover. If you play .500 football (which we haven't been doing) it'd take 5 years to get to 40 wins, and we haven't kept a coach anything close to that over the last few years - plus a big goose egg in Playoff victories...
