BillsVet Posted April 11, 2008 Author Share Posted April 11, 2008 Guy is VP of Player Personnel and Modrak has final say on draft picks. Guy is VP of Pro Personnel Modrak is VP of College Scouting. There is no one overseeing All Personnel, aside from perhaps Brandon, who is nominally in command of the entire front office. All NFL teams, aside from the Bills have a GM or VP or Personnel.
