Denver moving to 2?

Johnson would have to be the endgame for that move. They signed Henry at RB, have Cutler at QB, and I think they like smaller, more mobile O-line than Joe Thomas. Johnson would fit great with Jevon Walker, and they could deal Rod Smith to the Lions. Smith could really help teach that young WR core the lions have.

Mike Klis, of the Denver Post, reports the Detroit Lions have held preliminary discussions with the Denver Broncos regarding the No. 2 overall pick in the NFL Draft in the last month, league sources have confirmed. According to sources, the Lions asked for multiple draft picks that included the Broncos' No. 21 selection. The Broncos considered the asking price too high and trade discussions have stopped. The team, however, has been trying to deal their No. 21 overall pick.

The Browns will take Peterson because Lewis is not the same back as he once was. He'll probably start this year and then in 08 Peterson will take over.

 

The browns will take Brady Quinn...He is a franchise QB and it is hard in this league to get a Franchise QB.....They will ride the co-tails of Lewis this fall and then take a RB in next years draft. If Quinn is there, Cleveland will not let go of him.
