I would say even with trades that 3:00 would be the latest. 15 mins per pick but often teams dont use it all. Teams will get 15 mins more if they trade for a pick though. I'd say 2:15-3:00 is my estimate IF they stay at #12. You could always get a jump start and listen to it on ESPN radio and stop at a sports bar or pub or other to get ESPN when they are at #9 or #10.
