On 4th down with like 53 seconds left, Pennington threw what might have been the go-ahead TD to a reciever who was knocked out of bounds. The refs called it an incomplete pass and for some reason said that they couldn't review the play in the booth. I'm not sure why - it sure as heck looked like the guy could have come down with both feet in to me. Why not at least take a look!? The announcers were ALL confused too saying they should review, oh they don't need to review, but wait why not review and on and on with the flipping back and forth. Strange one, that's for sure...
