I know this is just a small amount of money....but I haggled on my hyandai accent and got them down to a decent price as I was paying cash and not financing.....ok fine. I am feeling pretty good about myself on it and wouldn't you know 2 months after I buy the damn thing I recieve a DMV RENEWAL notice.... I always thought those fees were included in the deal.....nope. I only paid a 15 dollar TRANSFERRAL notice.... Had I realized I would have made them come down the price of the DMV renewal.
