Wacka Posted March 16, 2006 Share Posted March 16, 2006 Last few weekends we've had snow down to about 2000 feet on the mountains around the SF bay. The highway (Rte 17) from San Jose to Santa Cruz wsa closed for several hours with snow. It goes over the 1400ft gap in the costal range and is a 6-8% grade.
