OK, Vince, we believe you. 608475[/snapback] He seems to be in a lose-lose situation. a) I throw and folks see that I'm not that good at it. b) I don't throw, so people figure that I can't throw. Lofton80 Posted February 22, 2006 Share Posted February 22, 2006 Per TFY Draft, Ngata apparantly has weight down to 340 lbs under 11% body fat and hopes to break 40 reps at 225 lbs.
