John from Riverside Posted January 18, 2006 Share Posted January 18, 2006 Lets get away from the "Yes" man coach selection that we have had in the past - Pay a little extra for a proven winner - Dont end the interview on a veteran HC if he wants to have a little say in how things are done We have gone away from this with our last 2 coaches and look where we are....get a coach that the players will respect.
