I’ll take a guy who is a professor in economics and has an impartial book detailing the economic impact of sports facilities and franchises published over something you claim is “cost effective”. 
 

Over 60% of the stadium is funded by the public. 
 

On top of that, it was no coincidence this was immediately pushed through when Kathy Hochul become Governor of the state.
