Bills/Eagles game week 17 tips or suggestions

Going be coming from the Greater Philadelphia area with 12-15 folks about 50/50 Bills/Eagles fans. 
 

I was hoping to drive up

and rent a camper but Dec. 27th could be dicey weather wise. 
 

Any suggestions or guidance for ways to keep this somewhat affordable ?

wait to buy tickets… people will be unloading them because they don’t want to sit in 25-degree weather for a few hours.  Plus there’s a decent chance it’ll be a fairly meaningless game for both teams.
