Concussion expert Chris Nowinski says Tua Tagovailoa ‘being completely misled' on CTE

If he truly believes CTE will not be a very real possibility, he’s lying to himself.

You can find an “expert” to say just about anything. Just look at “expert witnesses” in court who can be for or against just about anything.

Just show him videos of himself after suffering those concussions last year. Common sense will tell you that can have long term consequences. I am NOT telling him to retire, that is his personal decision. Just don’t ignore the obvious when defending the decision.

Agree that when you start thinking about retirement you should retire.   But this whole idea of learning how to fall sounds idiotic.  It’s one thing for a QB like Josh to need to learn how to slide, get out of bounds, protect himself more etc.

But the idea of learning how to fall when a 300+lb lineman is slamming you to the ground or a safety, whom you do not even see flying at you (or frankly, both of these things at the same time) is ludicrous.

Retire now my friend because with thinking like that. It may not end pretty.
