You got Larry Fitzgerald in Arizona, The Williams boys in Detroit and Jacksonville, now Roscoe Parrish? What is going on here? Is Alex Smith going to be wearing #83 this year? The rule was they couldn't take a number in the teens unless all the 80s were taken, but if a player played with a teen number he didn't have to give it up if one in the 80s became available. There were no numbers in the 80s available when Keyshawm was a rookie, so he took 19. After that, he never had to give it up no matter what numbers became available.
