The Real Buffalo Joe
There have been plenty of great players that went on to have respectable coaching careers. And plently of respectable players that went on to have great coaching careers. Is there anybody who had careers where both their coaching and playing careers were HOF worthy, or close to it? Any sport. For example, Joe Torre is a shoo-in for the HOF. He was a respectable player, but certainly not HOF worthy.
