Here are the 2nd round draft picks for the past 15 years that the bills have had a pick in that round (no second round pick in 04 or 89)

88 amd 98 with no first round picks the scouts found studs in the second, didn't do bad without a first or second in 89 either. It looked as though we wouldn't have a first round pick in 03 until a pre draft trade sent Price to Atlanta for their first round pick. Collectively the scouts get an A for their first picks in those years. For the remainder of the second round picks its a generous C.

 

Hope they do as good a job this year as in the others that we haven't had a first round pick.

 

For those who don't remember the bills traded the 88 & 89 first round, 89 second round, plus Gregg Bell for Cornellius Bennet. The 98 first and fourth round picks were traded for Rob Johnson (thanks for the reminder). The 03 first round pick was traded for Drew.
