Edelman took three steps and it should have been a fumble recovered by the Bills. With the penalty, no challenge, and 1st down Cheats. You are absolutely right. I replayed this 3 times on slow mo and nobody (esp Wynn) is in an offside position or jumps forward. A completely chincy call for that point in the game. Whats even worse is that the idiot officials did not call a fumble on Edelman in the first place. Regardless of the BS penalty at full speed it looks like a catch and a strip. They should have called that a fumble and then dealt with the flag but no that would assume competency! To make this travesty of a call even worse, the fox announcers dont even show a replay of the supposed infraction by Wynn. Instead they show the fumble and then dont make mention of the massive call against the Bills that negates any possibility of that fumble. Absolutely unacceptable but perfectly normal in today's NFL.
