But Kolb, somewhat expectedly, had a Kevin Kolb-like performance. He did complete 13 of 21 passes for 111 yards, but threw an interception that bounced off receiver Marquise Goodwin’s hands. Manuel finally got in the game in the third quarter and once again showed a steady hand. He directed a 12-play drive right that ended with him hitting Brad Smith for a 4-yard touchdown pass. He played only one more series (three and out) before giving way to third-string quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson. Evidently he does not pay attention to football more than starters for McLeod Bethel-Thompson is Vikings' 4th string QB. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yeah, and the INT bounced-off of Xavier Rhodes' hands. Also, EJ played 3 series, not 2. The third series was an 8 play 40 yarder which started at the Bills 2 yard line and was hurt by a couple of offensive penalties. That was the series in which EJ threw that guided missile to Kauffman.
