BS fine on searcy

The fine for this is bull. He was in motion to hit Boss low, when his shoulder hit Boss's head, due to the way Boss fell to the ground. The rule is there to prevent DB's from launching up at a receivers head with their head. Tackling with the shoulder can still cause concussions and drain bammage, but it shouldn't have been fined/discouraged in this given case as the replay shows in favor of Searcy.

No need to hit him. It was a "look at me" type of hit.

he was not "down", he needed to be touched. Boss went down, where if he stayed up, he would been hit low at the knees instead.

Yeah, technically he wasn't "down." Yes, he needed to be "touched." In similar situations we see guys either tap them or jump on their torso, not head...hence the fine. Look at the photos, not pretty.

Like it or not, agree with it or not, it's what the league is trying to erase.

Look, I hate hearing people complain about the money nfl players make. Do you complain about your doctor making money? How about the profit who ever you work for makes.... We live in a capitalist country. All that means is that if you have a skill, or a product, that is in demand people pay for it. Dear god. If the talent and ability was common, players wouldn't make money. Stop being so damn jelous. You know, be mad at congress. It's a smaller group of people, making more money, who also have MORE legal problems than the entire NFL.

What players in the NFL do is so challenging that only a small percentage of people on the planet can performe at that level. PAY THEM!!!!!! Or watch college blow outs with lop sided talent levels. Real fun.

The NFL should just adopt the college rule of once a knee is down, you are down, regardless of being touched. That way a hit like this isnt needed.

Under the current rules, it is needed, and you shouldn't be fined for it. He hit with the shoulder into the body and the only reason the guy got knocked out was bc his helmet slammed into the turf.

This is another 100% BS fine from the NFL. Why would players learn to hit cleanly when they get fined for hits regardless?

If the NFL wants to be stupid with their what is and isnt a catch ruling too, then players will try to hit guys to jar the ball out. If once a ball is caught, they say its caught and you dont have to maintain complete BS possession to the ground and blah blah blah, then there will be less of a reson to try and jar a ball loose when a guy catches it.
