He also learned a great deal about the personel last year. Yes he was on the staff last year. But it also seems to me that he had the luxury of being able to spend an entire year watching and learning the players. This can not be underscorred how it translated into the offseason. It should also play dividends this up coming camp. He has first hand knowledge of every players strengths and weakness'. He also learned players personalities, who he can count on to be a leader. This is not something you can pick up from game film. This comes more from spending 6 months around people, day in and day out. I do not play fantasy football, but if i did i would pick up the Bills D. I think they will be a top 10 Defense this year.
