NoSaint Posted September 12, 2011 Share Posted September 12, 2011 I'm of the persuasion that this team is still a year away but love the play today and direction we are moving. I'm excited to watch the process even if I'm not buying us breaking .500 right now. I will say I saw two huge changes that signal we are turning the corner... 1)winning physical battles - when was the last time we saw a lineman or LB bull rush someone. Just physically be bigger and stronger than the blocker? I saw it today and it's been years since I have 2) fundamentals - we hit the right holes, used good technique etc.... Couple those together, add a couple more of those big bodies and just continue to let this team mature and it has long term potential. Still a lot of questions but moving the right way.
