The past decade has been such a joke that no one considers a head coaching job in the NFL in Buffalo worth a shot. Look what it's done to Mike Mularkey, Greg Williams, Dick Jauron => once well respected assistant coaches are now buried and looked at as jokes. Why would any coach want to come here. Cowher, Dungy, Holmgren, Shanahan, anyone with any kind of credibility would just come here and get buried. If there is no backing from above, then the coach and team is a joke. This is so sad. I'm just sick of losing. I'm sick of following a team that just wants to string a fan base along with false hope. Why can't we have a team that will do anything it takes to win. Bill Polian.
