  1. Trade up to #1? Are you out of your friggin mind? This is Geno Smith we are talking about, not Andrew Luck. Kansas City felt that he wasn't as good as Alex Smith, so that says something right there. I don't want him even at #8, I'm hoping he is already gone by then. Trade down, pick up some picks and get a QB later in round 1 or at the top of round 2. If Lane Johnson makes it to pick #8, there will be trade down options.

Exactly and we were in the Alex Smith hunt till Kc trumped us !
  2. The Bills are trying desperately to land a QB in FA sometime either tonight or tomorrow. My guess is that they loosened up the bank by deverting 7 million of Fitzpatrick's cap hit until 2014, and are eagerly trying to work a trade with New England for Ryan Mallet. The snag is that the Bills are offering their 3rd round pick, but New England wants the Bills 2nd rounder and to swap 1st round picks with us. Cleveland is also in the hunt for Mallet, so don't be surprised to see R. Mallet move sometime soon!!! The price will probably be a 2nd rounder ultimately as Mallet's trade value is up due to the mediocre QB talent in this draft pool.

DRAFT EJ Manuel after trading out of the 8th spot unless Geno is there and say No to Jarvis as he will struggle at the next level as he's 6'6 at 248 twig body! Hell no to Mallet for a 2nd or third .
  3. i am pretty confident that pettine is going to have this defense playing a lot better than they have been the last two seasons. that would make fitz and any qb for that matter look a lot better. whether that happens quick enough to give fitz another legimate shot at keeping his job long term remains to be seen, but i for one sincerely hope we get to see his quick read and release ability in the wco hackett is installing before we let him go

the bills actually lose very little by giving him that opportunity. fans with the nth (need to hate) will never be patient enough to support that. they want their pound of flesh and now that kelsay is gone they will heap all that hate on their next target

Call it what you want but i myself don't consider it hate you just need two eyes or even one to see how inacurate Fitz is and for him to count 7 million against the cap in 2014 is sucide and good luck supporting a 2nd string quarterback even tho i was rooting for him last year but oh my god he was terrible and beyond and if he restructures I'm all for it !
  4. 6 million dollar paycut is what Boldin takes if he`s cut. I seriously doubt the Ravens asked him to play his final year for free. More likely it was 3 million dollar paycut or less.

I think it's 3 million but he has a Superbowl under his belt 2nd he will not take a cut as this is about money and family first so i think he will play two more years and where ever he gets the most money is where he will be !
  5. Because a Harvard grad would realise if he gets cut, he gets nothing. He would be smart to negotiate a pay cut if indeed they plan on cutting him, which I believe they will. And He is also smart enought o know there won't be a marketr for him as a starter. So it's backup money he's looking at if he gets cut. It would actually be dumb to be stubborn and force the Bills to cut him.

Agree completely and hopefully he's stuborn enough as is arm is below nfl average but his upstairs is better then average !
  6. Agree as Tj is the speedster on the team even tho I'd prefer Wallace but knowing that 11 or 12 million is too much but thinking on drafting one early would help solidfy are core as i see us going defense when free agency starts and having boldin who is durable as they come and could help us move the chains as having two chain movers is better then one !

  7. He is now reconsidering playing another year as he will not take a pay cut at 6 mil a year and i know he's 32 but definately has a couple years left in him as we could sign him for 7.5 a year as he would be well worth it then draft two wr what do you think ?
