  1. Or Pittsburgh, NY, New England, Tennessee, Seattle etc...All those post season games at Orchard Park is still in the memories of NFL fans.

For me EJ appears to resemble a lot of Daunte Culpepper including the facial expressions and manners. I hope he can have the same success Daunte had with the Vikings throwing the rock to Moss, Carter etc.

He sure can and just keep him off the LOVE BOAT !!
  2. This seems like a likely sticking point. Dansby is good, and I would be happy to have him, but no one is going to overpay for a non-superstar, non-pass rusher QB who is past 30. As also pointed out, it could be gamesmanship, and taking a LB who could possibly start, I don't know of any other suitors who walked away from the draft desperate...maybe the Ravens, but they just had a ton of cash tied up with Flacco.

He would be a superstar with our current linebackers currently on the roster including new rookie !
  3. They will settle out of court as the employer was in the wrong as that is disccrimination on the bills part especially if they brought a younger person in to take his job so it comes down to what they both agree on and he will get more now as oppose to what they offered him and good for him as this stuff happens alot around crappy corporate America !

  4. In this draft. At 8? Who is worth trading up to? Who do teams 14-20 need so badly that teams 8-13 might grab? Is there that much of a drop off at the positions they need? Pittsburgh moving up to grab a better LB is about the only real chance of a deal - and with the quality and lack of quality across the board at so many positions it is just not happening. The positions that are deep this year have such average talent it is not even funny. The positions that are thin have, at best, two great players. Look at OLB. There are two great OLB's it seems, then maybe 3 or 4 that are just good and maybe even just above average. The rest, well, they're the ones you go on Madden and sign.

All in the eye of the beholder and there's only few elite offensive tackles !
  5. BPA is not carved in stone. Not every team will have the same player ranked at #8. And as the draft moves on, that bpa gets even more coudy.

For the sake of arguement, lets say the bpa at #8 was a rb. The Bills have two quite capable backs but no qb to steer the ship. Bills select the rb... now you've got 3 capable ba ks, only one tradeable, and no qb. The Bills could trade spiller for a lower #1 pick and perhaps a #2 during the draft, but there is no guarantee that the Bills would get their guy at qb and have to settlle for their second or third choice. Then, there's no guarantee the rb selected at #8 is gonna be better than what you just traded away.

I'm sure the eagles thought Mamula was the bpa, the bills mike williams, whitner, and maybin the bpa. But how did that work out?

This year the bills gotta go qb unless their guy is gone at #8. They dug their hole when they cut fitz without having a suitable replacement. Bpa is in the eye of the beholder and unless he's a consensus once in a generation guy, you take the best on your board at your position of need.

Well you would trade down and we should've many times by now as you know it's hard to trade down in the NFL .
