Most people that post this player will be great or a bust..........................have seen little to nothing of that player. afcfan1 was saying Orakpo would be a much better player than Maybin, but he thought his name was Orakbo. I'm sure he never saw him play.

I think this year will rest in Trent's hands. If he can stay healthy & play as well as his most ardent supporters expect him to the Bills should make the playoffs. If on the other hand he plays like he did the 2nd half of the season & or is injured it won't be pretty. I have NO FAITH in Fitzgerald.

I agree with VOR. We would all be saying what is being said about TO & the Bills........................but deep down we would be afraid to face him & another #1 receiver on Sunday as teams will have to do with him & Evans. It will be interesting to see how Belicheat deals with it the 1st game. We all know their CB's aren't worth a crap.

All the players you listed are anomalous, as is Brady.

I'm pretty sure he can be with the team during preseason, so it won't be like a JP deal to get ready.

Yeah, I agree...................... here's hoping Buffalo is TO's last team............................& he plays for another 3-4 years.

When starting with a 7-9 team, if he doesn't add the extra 3-4 wins, SO WHAT. They would have done no better without him. I say let him unload ALL his baggage if the team does not win.

Spilled the beans? If McGoofy got out he could have found plenty to do in Buffalo, & the food in Buffalo is the thing I miss MOST about the City. TO has never said anything bad about any City he has been in. His comments are strictly business, nothing personal (except for the Garcia thing) about players & coaches on teams when they are losing. I look forward to it like Kelly, if TO calls out people in Buffalo.

I was not downplaying Taylor. I was downplaying Maroney. Taylor when healthy is a Great back.................the trouble is he has been injury prone his entire career. Maroney on the other hand had a great rookie year & that is it. He has been nothing special since then & is every bit as injury prone as Taylor. I was responding to afcfan1's post saying Taylor will not be the starter for the Pats* If not Taylor......................who starts for the Pats*? Taylor is by far the BEST RB on that team.

If the Bills finish 8-8 or better, Ralph may keep Dick. If they finish 7-9 or worse, it will be a very tough sell job to keep him.

Maroney..............................now there is a player that can't hold Taylor's jock. The only comparison between Maroney & Taylor is Maroney is just as INJURY PRONE as Taylor. Between the two of them combined N.E.* should get 12 -14 games played. Is there ANYONE on this board that would rather have Maroney on the Bills than Rhodes?
