If only Allen could be a 2C for the Sabres.

We got one now who may be a little old and battered but he still has some life left in him, I hope? I'm hoping that this offseason that this front office will make some moves that will rekindle what has been snuffed out of me. I'm hopeful. But I have often been accused of being stupid. It's the Forrest Gump gene in me. 🤡

JA has shown enough “glimpses” of the kinds of passes he’s throwing now since he’s been in the league. We can like Daboll or not, but you don’t design the type of offense we are seeing Allen execute unless you’ve seen enough of his ability to allow you to do so.

His arm talent has always been obvious and when that marries up with better decision making and more surrounding talent, we shouldn’t be surprised to see the kind of game he’s playing so far this year.

And he’s just in the process of getting comfortable with his offense.

It's always been apparent that he had the capability to make those special throws. What I didn't expect is that he could so quickly become such an accurate passer, and also exhibit the touch and ball placement on a consistent basis. As I said before I'm happy to acknowledge that I was wrong on those accounts.

And because of this crazy virus offseason where he wasn't able to work in-house as much with his teammates the potential upside to his game is an exciting prospect to behold. The best part of watching this current version of the Bills is that they are fun to watch. Now only if the hockey team could ...... never mind. I need to stay on topic.

I am not quibbling when I say there’s no such thing as “arriving.”

    It’s ALL journey.

I felt all along that he would be our franchise qb. However, I didn't believe that he would become such an accurate passer and develop such superb touch. His exceptional ball placement in tight quarters is not what I thought he was capable of. I'm happy to say that I was wrong.

This is where he has improved, the long ball, he puts touch on it like a QB has to do a screen pass.  Last  year this ball would have been launched out of Hardrock stadium

As you observed the biggest area of improvements for Josh is ability to throw with touch when called for and, in addition, his accuracy. Without question he has tightened up on his scatter-shot throws. Last year he showed steady improvement; and this year (so far) he has made what appears to be a quantum leap. The addition of Diggs has not only given Josh another weapon but it has opened the field for Brown, Beasely and Knox.

33 in 15. I didn’t realize it was 15 but I probably should have. I know I should at least go to traffic court but should I get a lawyer? Any help would be appreciated

Read Sig1Hunter's response and follow his advice. The officer told you to go to court and he would help you out. It wouldn't be prudent for him to be too explicit but he gave you a  signal that is loud and clear. As others have pointed out sometimes it is in the local jurisdiction's interest to settle with you and keep more of the fine instead of paying it to the State.

The middle TE screen to Knox was excellent call and execution.

If you add Knox to the receiver group that includes Diggs, Brown and Beasley we have a very talented unit that is able to spread the field. Knox is a very athletic TE who is able to get downfield and spread the field for the other wideouts. What impressed me about the passing game yesterday was the qb was accurate and the receivers were able to come back to the ball and make catches. I thought the biggest beneficiary of Diggs presence was Brown who had more room to work with.

  7. Attached is a Washington Post article on Jessica Pegula written by Ava Wallace. Whether a person comes from a rich background or a poor background the effort and dedication to get to this tennis level is the same. Because she has been so dedicated to her sport she is getting results and moving up the ranks. She should be admired for what she has accomplished in this highly competitive sport.

I hope everyone had a peaceful morning. ✌️

I was able to post on the TSW but I couldn't log in on the hockey side. Could you help me out? Apparently cursing the device in Italian doesn't rectify the problem.

But they were the rules..... he broke them. It was foolish. The rules are foolish, but he still breached them.

Chris Brown will be allowed to continue covering the Bills but under some severe restrictions.

What will probably happen immediately tonight is a mandatory network reconfiguration of the server. Shouldn’t be a big deal but people may see issues with connecting for a day depending on their DNS service. Has to be done before we go black.

2nd, i’m looking to move to a new server anyway because our operating system has reached the end of it’s life. I’m not changing companies but using this as an opportunity to see if there is a better deal. I hope they have this done before the start of the season.

sometimes that can be entertaining so I apologize. I meant to do this earlier in the summer.

I received my MVP ballot in the mail yesterday. I voted for you. There was only one other person on the ballot. And he was a drunken and obnoxious reprobate. I had to put some thought into the vote but you came out ahead. Thanks for all you do. While we jibber jabber, you work.

What did he talk about when no football was going on? This show is on every day during the off season too.

He should know the rules and abide by them. In this case he should speak in generalities. Talk about certain players playing really well and others struggling, but don't mention who they like up with. Most of the other media people are managing.

Training camp has begun and the season is approaching. This is the time when there should be a greater degree of discussion about the team. He has a radio show that is on five times a week and is on for two hours a day. What is he supposed to talk about? Being bland is one thing but completely snoozing your audience away makes no sense. If the rules are to be  strictly followed then he shouldn't be doing a daily radio show about the Bills and as an employee of the Bills.

This is akin to a person who has had his penis amputated and then makes a daily trip to the local whorehouse. What is the point!!!!????

That’s actually not the policy. It’s the specific things mentioned. Depth chart. Where players are lining up.

Chris Brown is doing a radio show about the Bills and talking about training camp. What is he supposed to talk about? In training camp the depth chart and where the players line up is in a constant state of flux. That shouldn't be surprising during training camp. What makes this issue absurd is not the rules per se. It is the fact that he co-hosts a two hour??? radio show. What is he supposed to talk about? Which players have the worst jock itch?

Yea you can think the rules are ridiculous, but they are the rules. If all the external reporters have to abide by them Brown should to. He made a very foolish error.

The problem isn't the rules. The problem is that he is doing a radio show for the organization about the team. What is he supposed to say on the show?  How does a radio host talk about a training camp when he is not allowed to report on anything he observes? Being tongue tied is one thing but taking away the tongue makes you mute. A classic case of rules taken to an absurd level for a person in the role that he is in. This is taking an order to be bland to a ridiculous level.

He has never been the smartest. No surprise he managed to break the rules despite being employed by the Bills.

Rules by the paranoid. Someone reports that players are being tried at different positions during training camp and it is treated as a treasonous act of espionage. It's akin to reprimanding someone for reporting that the dog barks or the cat meows. Absurdity at the level of silliness.

I bet Snyder saw how much money he would make with a name change with all Redskins fans buying new gear. I doubt he cares that his team name might offend some people but saw dollar signs with the logo/name change.

The issue wasn't so much that he was going to make more money with the name change as it was that he was going to lose a lot of money if he didn't make the name change. The three top minority owners (together 40%) were putting their stakes up for sale. And one of the minority owners who owned Federal Express sent him an official notification that if he didn't change the name he was going to take the signage of his company for Fed Ex field off the stadium. The impetus for Fed Ex was that they were receiving public pressure to not associate with the Redskin name or be at risk of facing a product boycott.

I don't know.....where would this leave them for the regularly scheduled 2021 season? They can't play back to back seasons, it would be too physically demanding.

I am asking questions here, not claiming to have answers.

This is an 11 minute segment with ESPN's Heather Dinich talking on WGR talking about the college schedule. Everything is up in the air and nothing is settled. I don't see a full scheduled played, and I'm starting to believe that there is a good chance that the season for many schools will be cancelled.
