  1. He probably would have won the superbowl against the giants because he would have kicked the field goal instaed of going for a fourth and thirteen.
  2. He made some coaching mistakes in the superbowl loss to the Giants.... http://blogs.mercurynews.com/buzz/2008/02/...rategic-miscue/
  3. How many superbowls did he win without Tom Brady. How many times has he made the playoffs without Tom brady?
  4. We need a top LT(who doesn't). The FO has to decide what Peters is worth. If Peters won't accept being paid anything less than the top LT in the league, the FO has to determine if he is worth that. He still has two years left on his current deal, so they still have a little bit of leverage. Another training camp holdout is not what the Bills need though. Also, it looks as though Jason Taylor will be back in the AFC East. One also has to wonder what would the Bills get in a trade for Peters. Draft picks are not guaranteed. Look at the Mike Williams disaster.
  5. Good point. Maybe they should look at the NBA.
  6. I'll try to be more upbeat. Maybe another year with Ryan Denney starting in place of Scobel will do the trick.
  7. I'd hate to see what hating would be like if that's not hating, lol. Schobel was not mediocre for 3-4 years. That post is absolutely ridiculous.
  8. Chris Kelsay was consistently manhandled one on one last year. Often times by the tight end. His Position is a weakness on this team and needs to be addressed. I think a healthy Aaron Schobel would be a significant upgrade to that position from last year.
  9. Good point. What does a great preseason performance prove? That he has talent and has ability. But the Jacksonville game showed what he lacks. He does not play well in big games against good defenses. He may have a good game Sunday because he does have good physical skills and there is not a lot of game planning at this point. Personally I think he will play poorly because it's such a big event for the Colts. I would like to see him play great on the national stage so some team will offer the Bills a high draft pick for him.
  10. How many times have we seen a player in the league hold out, get a new contract, then get hurt. At this point I don't blame the Bills if they do not renegotiate this year, or at least not until Peters has played a few games and looks to be the same player he was last year. If what the Bills are saying about the situation is not true, why hasn't Parker talked to the media to share Peter's side of the story? He should have come in to camp, and gave the Bills a chance to renegotiate as they did with other players, who came in. What Peters did makes no sense. Unless he is still hurt?
  11. Lori, I'm impressed, nice job.......also thanks for the heads up on Dierdorf, I may need to get my radio ready!
  12. Wow, everyone is so optimistic, Is it wishful thinking? I hope not...
