I watched about 2 minutes if that crap.The idiot from Hawaii was making some impassioned plea about people’s lives.
No questions that I heard about cases, legal rulings, interpretation of laws on the books, etc... Anything that might be relevant to determining if a nominee is qualified, prepared, or capable of doing this job.

Try reading that again. Get someone to help you if you need it.
1 - nothing at all to do with why someone would vote for Biden.
2 - possibly the only reason in the post you quoted to vote for Biden, although it does poor job of pointing out Biden’s position and contrasting it to Trump’s
3 - a paragraph about China that draws no distinction between trump and Biden or even what Biden thinks about China. In fact it’s stated that he knows nothing about Biden’s fourteen policy positions and that’s a paragraph of assumptions.
4 - a giant what if. Nothing that Biden has started or suggested he would do.
5 - so I should vote for Biden to fix the healthcare plan he’s partially responsible for implementing? Yeah.. great reason there.
1 possible reason to vote for Biden in that mess of rambling. And even that reason was vague at best.
Seeing as how Biden barely has any stated positions on anything, I can see why that may be the best support Democrats can come up with.
Liberals on this board want to cry about the discourse when crap like that is held up as substantive. Maybe you get the level of discourse your posts earn?

Joe Biden is just mindlessly repeating lines that are being fed to him at this point. We all see it, and it’s the only thing that makes sense given some of the positions he’s taken lately.
Yesterday, Biden did a campaign ad, oh excuse me, a “town hall” on MSNBC to answer “random” questions from “undecided” voters. They were, of course, anything but that, as all of those who got to participate were obviously partisans put there to tee up Biden’s talking points. One of those talking points involved police.
Biden’s answer was one of the dumbest, most dangerous things I’ve heard over the last four months of turmoil.
Honestly, what do liberals think psychologists and psychiatrists do? Do they think they operate like hypnotists, saying magic phrases that suddenly turn dangerous people into soft, gentle creatures? Is Biden thinking they’ll have a sit down with a guy with a knife to talk it through?
Look, I understand that left-wing policies often don’t make sense, but this one really, really makes no sense. Psychologists are not wizards, nor does their profession lend itself to on the spot, sudden transformations of people. Thinking through this further, is the idea that the psychologist would take the lead on when police can use force or not? Are they going to control the scene? Imagine a non-officer trying to direct an officer on what he can do as they are dealing with an armed suspect. Does that sound safe to anyone?
What this would lead to is dead psychologists and nothing more. It’s already dangerous enough to be a police officer, and they wear body armor and carry guns. The risk to bystanders trying to insert themselves into high tension situations would be exponentially larger.

Personal Note: part of my 40 year+ nursing career was working on Mental Health Unit for a year and a half. I had to participate in many takedowns of violent patients. It is a difficult thing.

The PPP sub-forum can be really excellent at times, but those times have unfortunately diminished to too few. It’s a shame. Buncha marshmallows. And with that said, I’ll continue to come around here and hope that the discourse improves. There’s too much baiting and too many people take the bait.
The baiting here is definitely not masterfull anymore.
Which is a shame because I really do love masterfull baiting.

If there's anything I've learned in this pandemic, it's that a mask, a drink, or food - equivalent to or better than a sandwich - can prevent the spread of a virus. Having all 3 with you at all times must be the holy Trinity of viral PPE.
