  1. That is where the problem lies. If you were a GM how could you jusitfy giving up anything for Roscoe Parrish. He's shown nothing as a receiver and appears to be shot as a return man. Maybe a new atmosphere is exactly what Roscoe needs to revitalize his career. I for one though, would be shocked if anybody would trade us anything for him at this point.

After all even 7th rounders can become Marques Colston's in this league.

Hope they throw in Trent Edwards. :P

  2. It's the #1 problem with the Bills offense.

Teams continue to drop 7-8 into coverage all day long, completely stifling the passing attack, and we can't take advantage of it because we have the worst OLine in the NFL. Can't hold up against a 3-4 man rush and can't run the ball with only 7 in the box. That's the bottom line.

The most frustrating part of this fuggin operation is-what the hell did these morons use the offseaon for?

Guess when we failed to score a touchdown in the pre-season, that really was the real McCOY. The next person that says: it's only pre-season relax, vanilla playbook needs to be B word SLAPPED! First String starters should look like studs all the time!!

  3. K, so what I might do is try for cars in Niagara Falls, first at the name joints, then some off brand rent a junker type places. Then, I am sure there are shuttles to Niagara Falls, at least the Blue Super Shutlle. Yep, pain in da rear, but bettern not having a car for the weekend. Also, try priceline and hotwire for a car, and just put in a realistic #

Thanks- have tried every car rental- looks like I will have to suck it up and take cabs. Bars near my hotel for Saturday?

  4. Coming in for the game from FL - no rental cars, didn't realize Thansgiving in Canada Monday. Only room  I found was at the Lord Amherst on Main St- they do not know of any shuttle going to the game. Anyone know of one? Hope thier are plenty of close by bars!!

    Thanks

  5. Read the article in the D&C and they touched on how the 90's no huddle created mismatches for D's. The current no-huddle has not done this at all. Thinking back on the season so far, I can't think of a single play where T.O. Evans or Freddy went in motion before the play to line up against a mismatch. Am I crazy or is this really not happening and was Turk right about a pop-warner offense?

I think I saw that out in the parking lot before a game. This offense blows. I can't believe how excited I was thinking about all of the weapons we have.

  6. Everyone should swing by the 'Worlds Biggest Tailgate' party by the RV lot (across from the stadium on Abbott).

My band 'Big Balls' is playing there. Best AC/DC rip-off band in WNY.

What time do you start? All the way from Fl - we'll be starting early

  7. UNTIL NOW. beast is back! this one player changes everything. now miami has to fear the run on every single damn play regardless if lynch or fred is back there. i cant believe no one is excited! so if they run the same scheme as last week, our runners will have a field day.

    I am :wallbash:

  8. hampton inn at corner of delaware and chippewa is decent for saturday night fun

hyatt downtown on main or comfort suites on chippewa are not terrible choices either if you want to be downtown...

Got a room at the Hampton-everything else was sold out. Thanks everyone for the help, ready to party with Pinto Kenny again!!!!

  9. I think it would be more like "get sh** rubbed in his face twice a season, and laughed at by his former teammates for the rest of his career". Not much satisfaction in getting beat up by his old team.

He wouldn't want to play in Buffalo any more than in Oakland

Spoken like a true fan- No chance the glass would be half full and make a younger team better. If you want to blast the Bills before thier first game, who are you really pulling for on Monday Nite?

  10. If he doesn't want to be a Raider, what makes you so sure he would want to be a Bill either? I can't honestly say it is a whole lot better. At least Raider fans can remember their last playoff and Super Bowl appearance, more than we can say. If he really wanted to screw it to the Pats, he would probably go the the Dolphins or Jets. That is one area with the drafting of Maybin, that is the least of our worries this long and disappointing season ahead.

I like Seymour over Kyle Williams :censored:

  11. Actually, defensive tackle was THE weak spot on our 1990s teams. Not only that but we drafted a CB #1 James Williams in 1990, a Safety #1 in 1991 Henry Jones, drafted an OT in 92, drafted a CB #1 Thomas Smith in 1993 and a CB #1 Jeff Burris in 1994. So I guess that shoots your theory.

Holy crap- talking about taking Whitner and McCargo over a real DT that we desperately needed. That's my theory.
