I don’t think we are going to beat the chiefs, just don’t see it happening...

But really, thats OK, I can't think of many teams, if any, that look like they could do it right now

Its nice to be in a position though where the list of teams that we can't see the Bills beating is getting shorter.....

We can have the Amish build it for a fraction of that cost 😁

That might be a good idea, except it would have to be an indoor stadium since they don't usually build barns without roofs

The Bills could have the largest wooden indoor stadium and if they can get enough of them, it could be erected in a weekend......

Might be hard to broadcast after without power and lighting  though

errbody got tested bro, errbody was negative bro, thats why they played bro

Except that its supposedly a 14 day incubation period and could surface anytime in that 14 day period

A negative test only means that at that time of the test, your not positive.

This is why places are wanting to only test people showing symptoms and everyone else that has come in contact with someone is told to Self-Isolate for 14 days.

  3. If they served their sentence, why not?

Isn't that the point to the sentence anyway, as their punishment for doing something wrong?

Why should you lose your right to vote for an elected leader?

Depending on the crime, i would understand losing your right to own a purchase/carry/own a gun, but vote in an election?

Old Man Rivers burned me week 1.  I will not be making that mistake again with my last entry lol.

I'm going Cardinals over Lions.  Lions appear to be a complete mess and the Cardinals are on fire.  Which of course means Detroit will win but I digress.  If I am successful this week I will continue to pick against the Jets and Lions.  I have used up the Bills and Packers so far.

    So, um, yeah

Probably not a good day for you yesterday, lol........

The worst part about picks and survivor pools is over thinking everything. I always laughed when you see people who barely follow football win pools making picks because they don't over think things. The hardcore fans start analyzing and looking at trends and statistics and over think things. Also alot of people think the best way to go is to save the better teams for later, but you have to make it to later in order to use them. I have done it a few times and had it backfire cause of an upset.

I think I took the Chargers bit at the last minute made the change to Colts. There was one of the 'experts' on CBS's website that called the Colts the safest pick and had them winning big.

Nothing a little "Accidental fire" cant fix...

    Better check the By-Laws/Zoning first

Sometimes they will allow you to rebuild what was there if it was destroyed by an 'Act of god'/Accidental Fire.

If not, your forced to meet all the current requirements and setbacks and may end up with a completely useless lot....

This is actually nicer than I expected for such elderly owners.

The fact it isnt full of light green carpeting with pink wallpaper means theyre ahead of the game. Biggest knock is the frosted/etched glass room dividers but they look pretty easy to remove. Bathrooms and kitchens need complete overhauls.

Not a total mess that has to be re-done and you could definitely work with all that wood flooring and ceiling.

But who wants to spend $10M to live Detroit?

Its alot of money to spend on a fixer upper

And I think $10 mil might buy you Detroit.....

The fact that they didn’t overturn it after the replay was worse.  Kroft makes a great leaping catch, has full possession. Then when he lands, the DB grabs on and they both maintain possession as they fall to the ground.  Tie up is supposed to go to the offensive player. How is that not a catch?  Of course, if the Bills lost, the league would announce on Tuesday that the call was incorrect and say Sorry.

Is this maybe because the NFL is really losing money by not having full stadiums so they can’t afford to have one-sided games where viewers may turnoff the game? (Sarcasm!)

Unfortunately, I’ve been seeing similar things throughout the baseball season and NBA Playoffs.  The replay systems are supposed to get the calls right but they’re not too many times.  In one Oakland A’s game, a ball hit by an Oakland player clearly goes over the fence into the stands, hits a seat and bounces back onto the field.  The umps call it a ground rule double.  It’s reviewed and the broadcast shows multiple replays from different angles in real speed and SloMo and it’s obvious it’s a home run.  The umps finish their long replay review and say it was the right call as a ground rule double.

I have no idea how it is ruled an INT when Kroft catches the ball in his hands, never looses the ball as he is coming down and the rams player just had to get his hands in and tie up into the receiver as they ended up on the ground. The ball is tucked into the receivers body and never came out. How can that be ruled an INT? Its just another play to add into the long list of 'whats a catch' in the NFL....

How so? The Rams' player didn't even argue.

Are we (Bills fans) so used to not getting a call, that when a correct call is made, we call is questionable?🤣

But I didn't see the Bills receiver put up much of an argument  either.

It has more to do with that kind of play happening and not usually getting called, in those situations they usually let it play out and not make that call

  7. The Bears are 3-0, and benched their QB during todays game? Guess it only proves that 3 games in is still too early to judge anything on this season.

I did hear them talking the last 2 weeks that alot of teams will look really good on offence because defences are going to take a while to gel and get going, and without any preseason games they didn't get that time to get things together.

First of all it if that actually was a take away then why is it called a INT. The DB did not intercept a pass. He placed his hands on an already caught ball. Then the receiver who caught the ball first , hits the ground. The play is actually over at that point. The Simultaneous possession rule clearly states the ball belongs to the offense. In no way was that an INT or a fumble. The refs didnt seem to understand their own rule on that play but of course clearly understand the nonsense no horsecollar in the pocket rule in full detail.

The Horsecollar in the pocket one confuses me since its apparently such a dangerous tackle that they don't want to risk WR & RB injuries with it, but the one player that is always given even more protection in the pocket is ok to tackle with it?

  10. This sunday will officially be the last game of the season played in Buffalo

The first round of the playoffs is a 3 game series where the top 4 teams get to host the series. The jays can not officially make it into the top 4 in the AL (They can tie the Yankees if they sweep the Orioles and the Yanks get swept), this would drop the jays into either 5th or 6th, otherwise they end up in 8th because they would be a WC team and can't take 7th because they can't catch the Indians in the 7th spot (first wildcard)

After the first round, the games move to one of 4 Locations (Dodgers Stadium or Petco in SD for the AL games and The Rangers new field or in Houston for the NL) for the next 2 rounds. The World Series will then be played in Texas at their new stadium with the idea that they don't have to travel and risk potential spread and can sort of play in a bubble)

They decided to make sure there was no 'Home field' Advantage, they decided the AL teams would play the Wild Card and Divisional series in NL parks, and the NL teams would play in AL parks. MLB has also discussed the possibility of allowing some fans into games for the last round of the playoffs and the World Series

So no matter how far or how well the jays play, they won't be hosting any playoff games in Buffalo

  11. You would be surprised how many larger cities have underground tunnels and areas that haven't been used in decades and forgotten about.

I used to work in a town where they where they were finding tunnels leading to lower areas when they were doing work to build an arena and replace a bridge. Many were built by rich property owners when they built their houses at the top of the hill to have access to bring things up from the waterways below. In the downtown area, almost all the old buildings have tunnels between then for moving things back and fourth.

I used KC week 1 before I found out you only get one pick per team(this is my first survivor pool). I am saving my Bills pick for later. 30% of contestants eliminated week 1, SF losing that week got a lot of people.

I plan on targeting the Jets a lot this year, glad they don't limit how often you can pick against a certain team.

     FIFY ☺

Most pools you can pick against a team as many times as you want, you can only pick a team as your pick once though
