  1. Called and told them I was going to cancel. Gave me the 6 month $25 dollar credit. Then said, "because you have the premium package you will receive an extra $10 off for 6 month and get NFL To Go for free." So basically I received a $210 credit and a free $50 NFL to Go. Took 5 mins on the phone to do this. No haggling needed. Just asked for their best offer because I can't afford to spend that much on a luxury item.

  2. I am making the long road trip from NJ to the game next weekend. I am staying in Niagra Falls Ontario the night before. Does anyone have any must see or dos for that area? My father and brother and I are taking the trip. We are looking for a good place to eat. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. I bought 50 yd line 1st row tickets behind the Bills bench. Thanks in advance.

  3. Hello all. I am finally planning my first trip to a Bills home game. I am planning on driving from NJ to Niagra, Canada. I was looking at planning a weekend of some gambling and a game. I don't know anything about the Canada side of Niagra falls but was told the Fallsview Niagra Hotel and Casino was great. I don't really want to pay $350 for 1 night. Anyone know of any hotels near that, within walking distance, that are worth it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

  4. I believe Edwards is moving in the right direction. I know we are very impatient as fans and want some stability at QB. I believe Edwars showed flashes of greatness last year. The comeback in Washington and the first half against the Giants. I think he will be better this year and take significant strides towards having a very strong 2009 Season.

  5. • Pick No. 11: Buffalo Bills select Leodis McKelvin, CB, Troy

Pro analysis: Buffalo failed to backfill at cornerback after losing Nate Clements a year ago, so McKelvin definitely patches a hole. He still needs some polish defensively, but McKelvin should immediately make an impact in the return game, a la Devin Hester. It's worth noting that Buffalo's other corner, Terrence McGee, is also an excellent return man, though not a lockdown defensive back. Does McGee return kickoffs and McKelvin punts? Or Does McGee become trade bait? Stay tuned ...

College analysis: The Bills are getting two players in one with McKelvin. After the Troy cornerback stopped opposing wide receivers, he then became one of the nation's top punt returners. McKelvin had three touchdowns and finished fourth in the country in yards per return. Playing in the Sun Belt Conference didn?t allow McKelvin to face elite wide receivers on a consistent basis, so he may face a larger-than-normal learning curve in the NFL.

    Honestly....who writes this garbage.

  6. I bought a 42" LCD Vizio in November. It's very nice. I am very satisfied. If I was buying a 47" though, I would buy the plasma. I believe its actually cheaper for the Vizio plasma at that size. I live in NJ. The Vizio 42" LCD is currently $1199 and the plasma of that size is $999.

  7. I was discussing the McGahee situation with some buddies. We have concluded that there is 1 true reason why the Bills have McGahees name on the trading block. First of all, it was announced during the combine that showed a healthy class of talent with great results. Before the Bills would sign McGahee to an extention, with the Shark as his agent, they want to bring Mr. Hollywood down to earth to show him what he's worth. Mcgahee and Rosenhaus now see he is worth a day 2 pick or possibly a 3rd rounder. The same as Travis Henry. Think about it. The Bills didn't say why they would trade McGahee. They didn't exclude the fact that he might return in a Bill's uniform next year. We think it is a crafty strategy by Marv to show McGahee and hus agent his value before signing him to a long term deal.

  8.

That is funny stuff.  Courageous and lucky!  You are lucky you didn't get the same treatment that was doled out to that Pats fan at the Ralph.

That was the best win of the season!

Well, I have to say most of my courage came from being with my 6'2" 235 lb brother who has a short fuse. It helps going to the game with him. People talk, but don't act on it.

  9. For the past 6 years, I have gone to the Jets/Bills game in NJ.

The Bilsl always manage to lose. Except for this glorious day!

I wore my SPikes throwback jersey. Usually, there are a good mix of Bills fans. I may have seen 12 the whole time I was there. There wereonly 3 Bills fans that I could see in my section. I sat in the 100 sections, 20 rows back at the 25 yd line on the Jets sideline. I was heckled more than any of the past 6 years I have gone. When McGahee ran that TD, I jumped up and screamed at the top of my lungs. I turned around with my hands in the air, only to see hundreds of other people sitting. I received the finger, a "go to hell you MFer" from a woman with her young child, a half eaten $4 pretzel to the left shoulder, and a beligerent jackass telling me that he was "going to glue my ass to my chair." I laughed off every threat. When the Jets scored, I heard who's laughing now and various other ridiculous comments.

I had to run to the bathroom and was the only Bills fan in there. They declared in unison that Bills fans pee sitting down. I corrected them by saying, "Jets suck". I was fortunate to settle into my seat again to see Evans catch the 77 yd bomb right in front of me. I again jumped up and did my 360 degree celebration. The "high-class" woman with her child told me she was "getting sick of my S**t!" and was going to "put her foot in my Bills loving A**!" I just pointed to the scorebard and laughed loudly.

Needless to say, The bills went on to beat them badly. I heard many other comments to vulgar too repeat.

I guess the best part of my experience was leaving the stadium. While I was riding the escalator out of the stadium, smiling proudly, I heard many Jets fans stating the records of their team and why I was a MFer. Leaving the gates, the personel handed out special Jets thermos cups. I took my cup. Smirked. Walked about 50 feet, turned to some more classy hecklers. Placed the cup on the ground. Stomped the S**t out of it! They were so pissed off.

That concludes the best day of my life!

    GO BILLS!

  10. I have these 3 QBs. I want to start McNair. I think McNair will have a field day on Oaklands 11 players they put on the field when the Offense is on the sideline (Other teams call these players Defense). I also think that Culpepper will be average. Plus, It would be very hard to start Culpepper and watch the game without going insane. Any opinions?
