    "Special People" Next level it 500 posts, huh?? Don't think i'll ever get there. It took me since April to get 200. Guess I could start posting threads that have nothing meaningful in them.

    The most terrifying sound for us as kids was the sound of the foot rest to my dad's easy chair going down (it made a loud noise, btw) and him coming after you. We always knew we were in trouble if he had to get out of his chair.

    My dad was not afraid to smack us on the head if we miss-behaved in public. Of course I never acted up in public so never had the experience of being smacked in public.
