I'm sorry, but the OP post referenced the Fins C injury as "The cards keep falling Buffalo's  way".

I'm not feeling sorry for the Fins, but viewing their C's injury as a card falling our teams way is a Bridge too Far IMHO.  You do You though.

Whatever. I didn't say I'm glad the guy is hurt nor did i or have i ever wished for any player to get hurt.

If a player being unavailable hurts the Dolphins and helps the Bills, so be it.

And as much as you might not want to acknowledge it,  anything that negatively affects the teams ahead of the Bills and improves the Bills playoff chances,  would apply to the figure of speech I used.

At least it's not the flavor of the season Achilles injury.

    Aaron Rodgers

    Cousins

    Akers

    Tre White

    Dobbins

I can't recall the last time I've seen so many season ending Achilles injuries before this one.

Everyone is blaming the turf, but what brand cleats are on the feet when these guys go down? Nike Vapors?

No doubt I'll get hammered for this take but....

    1. O-line got mauled.

    2. D-line fell off the cliff again in the second half. Zero sacks.

    3. Receivers MIA.

Pyrrhic victory. We're not threatening the top teams with this level of play.

Um, we just happened to beat one of the 3 top teams in the AFC

“The details of what happened were always a little unclear.

In the incident, one of Hines’ friends did not see him turn his jet ski on the water and crashed into him going somewhere between 20 and 40 mph. Then when Hines when to go workout, somehow his leg, the side of his body not contacted by the other jet ski, was bothering him.

Per Hines, he was barely even using the water craft that weekend, he just wanted to be a good friend and fill it with more gas for everyone else. Then the accident.”

    WTF?

    The details are still unclear.

Was he riding and turning when hit?

Or was he sitting still getting gas?

Or is he now spinning it that his leg that didn't get hit by the jet ski was injured by working out?

    I'm more confused now.

  5. I was at the game and it seemed like 1 of only 3 bills fans in the entire section. I had on a home Allen jersey and a Bills hat. My sidekick had on an Allen color rush jersey and a Bills winter hat. No problems at all. A few boos walking into the stadium and in the stands and that was it. Some light heckling back and forth.

Honestly, it felt no different from buffalo as far as fan interaction.

Do you ever watch high school football or lower level college football? The craziest calls and plays happen in high school football. Just like players make mistakes in live action games so do refs.

High school ball is still classified as sports.  Not sure about college.

But NFL is under the entertainment umbrella.

You can’t do it. Too many people involved. But you can have 1-2 bad apples and they can do enough damage.

But no, I don’t believe the NFL is fixed. Officiating isnt getting worse, it’s always been bad. We just have more rules and cameras now. Rules complicate an already difficult job. Cameras show every mistake they make in 4k ultra slow motion.

Like my guy says, "You can do it!"

NFL is not classified as sport,  but rather entrainment. Like pro wrestling. And we all know that's real.....
