Look I'm thinking playoffs for the Bills in 2005 and neither JP or Shane figures to be the one directing them there. ..... If Drew is gone, they better get someone besides the rook in here to steer the ship. We all saw how Eli did when he took the helm in New Jersey this year.

Big Ben leading the Steelers to the AFC title game is a fluke. The Steelers had it all in place for him to look good --- The Bills don't have that same type of talent on the offensive end like Pittsburgh. Heck, you can go get 5 fat guys off the streets of Buffalo who can block better than the o-line this year. Plus, the Burgh has great WRs, three good RBs and a pretty clutch kicker.

Here's the problem I have with that....You older guys HATE the Dolphins because they owned the Bills and they were always winning.  1972 perfect season and all that.  Their coach was a helluva coach and they knew how to win the Super Bowl.  The Patriots are starting to be the same way, but instead of hate for them...you respect them.  How come you don't respect the 1972 Dolphins?  If you respect the Pats...in a way, you have to respect the Dolphins. 

 

I'm the opposite though.  I will NEVER respect the Patriots, I can't stand them.  It helps that I was born in 1982 and missed the 70s era.  But I still hate the Dolphins too.  Their fans are the main reason why I hate them.  Because the Patriots have been kicking our ass lately and continue to win, that makes me hate them more.  I guess you can say jealously breeds comtempt.

I disagree.  Only Manning is a better QB than Brady right now.  Culpepper and McNair have been overrated their whole careers.  Vick looks pretty, but he doesn't lead his team.  Farve is done....he's not even top ten in the leauge any more.

Manning is a good QB in the NFL, but he's not great yet. Brady's not the most talented QB in the NFL, but he does one thing those other guys haven't been able to do ----NOT CHOKE.
