The bird is circling...
YOU!!!!

yeh, i gotcha, read your post too fast. i agree with you. but if it comes down to moving willis or passing first we better be moving willis
I'd prefer we keep Willis, and he runs like he has a pair of balls.
That would be ideal, as I have no interest in running any Bills player (except Bledsoe) out of town.
-
dude, im in NO WAY saying the offense should be built around willis specifically.
but it should be built around the run. if he cant carry it im all for getting someone who can.
Which is my point.
Read my original post.

HOLY COW! we got ourselves kevin gilbride jr over here folks!
remember we tried doing that for those 6 YEARS AND FAILED HORRIBLY!
There ya go.
What has Willis done exactly?
If he was my only RB, and I was offensive coordinator, I'd be called June Jones Jr.
Willis would be a special teams blocker, nothing more.

You don't build offenses around a wr ever. You build an offense around the line and running game. Not a wr regardless of how good he may be. I understand the frustration with the production of Mcgahee, but the entire offense was non productive. We were near dead last in every statistical catagory. Improve the line or any rb you trot out there will give you below average production.
It's called using the pass to open up the run.
The only teams that need to do it have below average running backs.
We need to do it.
JP and Lee are the stars of this unit.
Much less Willis, much more JP.
Improve the line and Bledsoe will be a good QB...
Willis needs to put up, and shut the f*ck up.

I don't care what this guy says.
What bothers me is that he's barely a top 25 running back, looking for top 10 salary.
I'd be interested in dumping Willis, only if we have a suitable upgrade.
If we keep him, I want less of the offense built around him, and more built around our true offensive stars. (JP and Lee)

Great post as usual Bill, find myself looking forward to these every week.
Safe and happy New Years to you, and the family.
(can't believe the season is over)

JP has a ton of heart.
I like that about my favorite teams QB.

Schopp is as clueless as DeLuca, in fact I think they're the same moron.
He has refused to give Losman credit, and after the Titans game basically said JP looked rattled at the end of the game.
I agree JP looked rattled, could it be because the staff didn't get the 4th down play into him until 20 seconds were left on the play clock?
This dude looks like he got hit in the face with a bag of hot tar, and was the PA announcer of his HS football team. Also, I heard he wrote about gardening in Rochester.
Anyone who takes his opinion on any sport seriously...

Merry Xmas to all.
May your families be safe and happy!

I've always backed JP, Jauron on the other hand...

Willis got blown up.
Bad spot to fumble, but that was a huge collision.

That's great What is your point? Who on this board criticizes losman's charity or humanitarianism? Anyone who does is obviously full of sh-- because they don't know him personally. The valid criticism, the criticism I have, is with his on-field play. This article is nice, but doesn't amount to anything you knob.
He's a top 15 QB in this league, and next year will be a top 10.
Not many people dumb enough to question his playing ability anymore.
Sit back and enjoy the ride.

How can we afford not to re-sign him?

What level of football did you play to?
Did it have more then 3 downs?
Don't question my football knowledge, and I won't question yours.
There are plenty of us here that have a clue, you're just an !@#$ who doesn't.
Putting the ball in Willis hands is as useless as the screen to Peerless that never f*cking works. (except one lucky TD)
He's a drive killer. You don't establish the run game with Willis, you kill any momentum a drive had.
