Thank you Dean Wormer.

If this game gets moved to ATL, I’m confident the Bills win by 3 scores.
Remember how well Josh played with no fans during COVID? Add a dome to that and Josh will have a field day.
It would be a neutral field at best, but my money would definitely be on Josh Allen in a dome. And of course I will be there making as much noise as is humanly possible. Go Bills!

I think JJ Watt may have taken one too many hits to the head.Right? Hey JJ, this has nothing to do with field conditions, this is about whether or not it is safe to drive. It would still be unsafe if you were driving to a dome.

Oh crap, that’s right. I honestly forgot the Fish were the 6 seed. 😛

Bills can’t play the dolphin’s until the championship
Are you sure? If they win, the Ravens would play the winner of Texans/Browns. Pretty sure Dolphins would be headed to Buffalo.

I just hate that. It means less rest before the next playoff game.

Yes about the snow. But wind is different - it pushes the ball some place that the QB doesn't want it to go.
Allen’s ball cuts through the wind, better than most.

I hate that the weather is gonna be a thing Sunday. It's an equalizer of sorts. Granted I'll take Allen running over Rudolph running 1000 times, but still, if it hampers our passing attack, it sucks
I’ve heard a few QB’s like Tom Brady and Alex Smith say “when there’s snow, you throw”. because the receiver knows where he’s going, but the defender does not. This makes is harder to cut and recover for the DB.

Thank God, Dorsey is gone.
I feel Brady gets it. And we should be good Sunday.
It feels good to have confidence in the play caller again.

My guess is because it's the steelers. If it was the bills and kc, I highly doubt it's a 1pm game
Honestly, Sunday at 1PM is a great spot to play a team that has become "must see TV". That is the one of the NFL's prime slots, and with there only being 1 game on, you want it to be a good one.

this is not much of a "road" game, really. Other one prior was Baltimore. Both take less time flying to than an average person commutes to the office. Even driving is 4 hours to Balt and 3 to Buffalo, not really any issues.
The road game stat is really more about playing in a hostile environment etc., than it is about the travel itself. (in my opinion)

Didn't want to say anything until the game was in the bag, but I had a thought. Let's say Miami tied it and it went into OT. Time's running out, Miami has the ball and is in a position for a game-winning field goal. Now...if they kick it, they get the division and the #2 seed, but have to play Buffalo in the Wild Card game. What if Miami instead takes a knee? They still win the division and the #2 seed...but they also get to avoid the Bills and instead host the Steelers. If Buffalo wins their Wild Card game, and the 'Phins beat the Steelers, then Buffalo goes to Baltimore. In other words, by going for a tie, Miami would lose nothing at all. They would simply swap in the Steelers and put themselves in the position of not having to face the Bills until the Championship Game.
So, with all that in mind, do you think Miami would have taken the tie in OT instead of the win if possible?
They would have been crazy not to try that if they had a chance. Thankfully, we did not give them the option.

I think this is the third time now this weekend that I’ve seen Fields tossed around as a solution for teams. Man it pays to be a C-level QB with some starting experience that can run. Years ago we called that Tyrod Taylor.
I think Fields would be a great fit for the Falcons, but I don't know if his trade price tag will be worth it. Fields is from the Atlanta area and played his high school ball here.

Exactly how huge was this fella?

You know that is just a sharp cut, right? Great running, not a fake slide. lol.
