They could've just kept Fitz, avoided the dead money hit and signed Byrd with the difference. Instead we've come full circle from Fitz with Marrone declaring "this is what we've been looking for" after his bosses paid hurricane prices on the eve of the season. These guys are really chasing right now, but ironically it's their own tails.
then that money would be used to pay Fitz.. Dead money or keeping Fitz doesn't change the financial situation or the Byrd scenario

Instead of acquiring a Cassel or Schaub type qb to buy time for grooming their young qb they threw him in the fire and prayed that he would quickly come along. Please don't bring up that Kolb unfortuanately got hurt point. He was a hack qb who was plagued with concussion issues before he was even on the team. Whaley then doubled down and gave up next year's first round pick to move up a few spots in the hope of bringing in assets to help EJ. In my opinion he got it backward. In order to get a return on the huge cost for the sterling receiver he should have had a qb in place who could pass accurately enough to get the most out of his talented receiver corps.
Umm 1st EJ has moved the ball with this O all preseason. Red zone is the only issue, and that is not all on EJ
2nd Kevin Kolb last year..

Batted balls are a concern, but overall EJ threw some nice passes that were just out of reach of DB's and the WR's did have chances to make the catch

Goodwin is a beast. I'm not sure what Graham has to offer this team.
How is he a beast. Often injured, didn't run good routes last year. Made a couple of plays deep, but overall he didn't do much.
People rag on TJ but he was open deep plenty of times and EJ just was not accurate enough. Tj is entering his 3rd year. I look forward to watching him in camp and preseason

IMO, Eric Moulds was and is probably the best WR of the bills in the 2000's(21st century). I Know some people have compared him to Eric Moulds. The way he goes up for the Balls and His speed after the catch, He Looks like Eric Moulds. Any thoughts on this? Would you like Sammy to be like Eric Moulds?
Sammy can be more explosive after the catch
