  1. I had as every week to find a stream for the game.

Found one working, but contrary to last week, the stream was freezing the whole 1st half, and I was searching a second better.

Didn't found one good until second half and switched on it. Saw the 24(?) unanswered Bills points on it.

    Then that stream froze.

Had to go back to old stream, to saw (kind of) the Raiders drive.

Then the good stream came alive again and saw the Bills drive.

then the good stream died with 0:16 left.

Didn't watched those last 16 seconds on the cursed stream, went on smoke a cigarette outside, and logged on nfl to know the final score.

I saved the game and the Bills.

  2. Of course 1st in mind is the last Superbowl, middle of 3rd quarter.

I felt so despressed and alone at that (+6 timezone) in the middle of the dark night ; but I kept hope for the following year, hoping a return for 5th Superbowl and win it.

That's why I hate the Cowboys more than any other team.

Then the Buffalo Jacksonville wildcard (at Buffalo, last Kelly game ?). end of era.

Then the Buffalo Miami at Miami (the 240 moulds yards, and I remember Reed throwing his helmet, get nearly ejected, missing the TD and finally loosing the game.

Then the Music city thing. I'm sure without that it was a new Superbowl appearance (after though, perhaps it was a bad thing for a good thing, we might have been torched by the Rams)

Then the monday night game vs Dallas ; Since the Superbowl I alawys look for a revenge and that one emrerged SB memories and that hurted a lot.

    then in no particular order

    Just give it to them

Divisionnal Buffalo @ Pittsburgh (Bruce smith not playing)

last season game vs Pittsburgh in dunno-year

The 31-0 pats 2-0 year from game 3 when everyone expected us to go to the Superbowl that year.

The 5-1 year from game 7.

    Recently : The Drop.

  3. I don't see anything wrong with what he said. When it was 20-7 and KC stopped the Bills on the opening possession of the 3rd quarter, I ABSOLUTELY feared the worst -- a long drive to a TD and the typical Buffalo collapse.

Same here 4500 miles away from Buffalo.

At halftime I said to my girlfriend How, this time, are they going to !@#$ this one.

The worst that could happen for me was with 4 minutes left and 3 points ahead being intercepted/fumbled for a TD and then a 4 and out.

Instead of that my internet connection !@#$ed for 5min in the 3rd quarter, atm I was upset, but I sensed that for a good presage ; if this is my connection, that won't be the Bills.

So I can say I saved your day 0:)

In the 90s I learned to expect Buffalo to make the plays when it counted, but the last 11 years have taught us all to expect the opposite. That will take time to change.

uhhhh, may be for you when it counted, but not when it counted the most

  4. Hello,

I'm in the process of converting all my VCR VHS Superbowl tapes into readible files for my DVD player.

It takes a very long time because... well long story.

At a time I wanted to go to the easy way and buy the superbowl collection from nfl shop but it appears that they are not the full games, and anyway it can't sell to my country (France).

    So,

I wanted to know if anyone here has recorded superbowl prior to XL in a correct format (mpeg2, divx, H264).

And I can not find my superbowl XXXIII, XXIV, XXIII so if anyone has them (or if anyone has a validation code for Demonoid), please contact me.

    Thank you.

  5. ... this is the first time I see The Comeback (the full game).

I have ordered it at Amazon (shipping cost costed more than the dvd, I live in France).

What passion had the crowd and most of all, the players, at those times.

You see they just weren't on the field for money.

They were together, they were a group.

Those times were special, I'm not sure I ever see something like that again.

(For the record I follow the Buffalo Bills since 1992.)

Do anyone here was in the stadium for this game ?

How did you feel ? during the game ?

    Thanks

  6. It is pretty great...I got it when it came out, pre-ordred, and they had all the packages mis-marked, saying that there were some features in the two disc set, which were not accurate. Can't remember what was supposed to be on there at the moment, but it was replaced by the excellent NFL Network special "Missing Rings" or something like that...anyways, only $13.99 on Amazon...got one for my broter for 9.99 during Christmas.

    Thanks for the link.

    Just bought it.

  7. I was pleased by this draft.

I really didn't want a QB at any spot ; I was a little desapointed to not pick a OL early because I fealt it was a need. And a little desapointed too to see so much DB picks.

    Dareus compensate a lot this.

Overall B+ or A- in my book.

  8. Japan abandons stricken nuke plant over radiation

Looks like its in god's hands now.

    PTR

People have to stop to hope what can (a) [g|G]od do for them...

but they should focus on what they can do for him (if there is anyone).

In a way, you are a god of your body, do you know what is the status of each of your cells ? Do know how many of them are dying right now ? Or how many are attacked by a random virus ?

  9. There are 11 nuclear plants in Japan, for the moment we know that 2 of them are affected.

There was an explosion this morning, a vaporous leak, but we can't say if it was the machinery or the core.

If in the next hours, we detect stronsium or cesium in the air, the ground around there will be in high danger.

If a process of internal fusion has started, it's over for the lands around.
