If we cut some players, I think we would be able to trade for Tom Brady. Cut Peters, Schoebel & Kelsay to clear up wasteful cap for space. Then trade our 1st, 2nd, 3rd round picks to the Pats. Then it would make us instant Super Bowl contenders. Go Bills!
What do you guys think?
let me buy you a beer.

I was never right about Losman. People like me are the reason he failed
one of MANY excuses.
-
Safe for work? Whew, that's a relief
When I saw "Fun with Sheep", I was afraid this had something to do with DC Tom and Crisco
i was thinking that it was thread for Pats fans.
-
2006: I would have drafted Jay Cutler or Ernie Sims. But then again in 2006 everybody called me a JP hater and told me he just needed more time
i bet the majority of them didn't have the balls to admit that you were right about Losman either, did they?

She's a Countess.
'nuff said!
that wasn't the C word that i was thinking.
-
top to bottom, i'd have to go with the Bills. things get dicey for the Pats after Welker. JMO.
-
that is flat out retarded. i could live comfortably off the interest of $43 million.
-
i'd like to see the Bills go after Scheffler to fill the TE position. i'm sure he's well under the $10 million reportedly left.
-
I like the list though, it's fairly accurate. Also, I like how they say Raji is a great fit in Buffalo. I couldn't agree more and I hope Raji is still on the board at 11. He's a can't-miss prospect and partnered with Stroud, we would have an unstoppable interior line that could not be run on.
i think the Bills will have to trade up if they want him.
-
If you were sitting there at #11 and Percy Harvin was still available, would you consider him?
no way.
-
the Bills will stay true to their pattern and fill the holes through the draft and after teams start making cuts.
-
Unless it's a 5 for 1 trade, the Bills OL is going to be garbage.
it was garbage to begin with. now tell us something we DON'T know.
-
IF Peters gets traded, who's to say that the Bills don't get help in return for the OL? keep squawking, Chicken Little.
-
i hope they do throw Hardy on the PUP. Johnson impressed me in his limited role last year. i'd hate to see him or any of the WR's go.
-
I just thought it was interesting news, I dont think I would want him back.
i don't know. didn't Jennings log some time at the C position? the Bills aren't too solid at that position.
-
I think it must have been a typo.
It should have read the "Ed Blocked Kelsay Award" which goes to the Bills player who was consistently blocked by some guy named Ed during OTA's the previous season.
you're probably right.
-
and we have never seen a legit top 6 pick slide down the board
we have but i doubt that it will be Raji. the Bengals and Packers would love for him to fall in their laps.
-
It doesn't matter at all. They've got Moss, Welker, and Greg Lewis (former Eagle) as their #1-3 WR's. Galloway is a #4 who will see some time but isn't essential for them at all.
it's a nice 4th WR to have in case 1-3 goes down. he may be a shell of his former self but experience is a strong suit that he possesses. it wasn't too long ago when Brady didn't have the weapons he has now at WR. with a decent OL, Brady could have a field day with defenses.
-
if the Bengals don't get him, the Packers will. no shot that he falls to Buffalo unless they trade up.
-
just heard it on Sirius NFLRadio.

Lions are going to eat up to 7 million dollars in dead cap space this season because of Redding
this is a perfect year to do it. the new regime is cleaning house so they get a pass. the last thing they want are fat contracts from the previous regime.
-
How many sacks did Peters give up last year? Over 10 right?
Sorry, he's not a solid deal to me, and anyone who says otherwise doesn't understand this. If you want to pay this guy 1/10 of the cap for the entire team with one good year then don't complain about Schobel's deal who has had more than 1 good year.
I'm not sold on him as a player, let alone the franchise player.
trading him leaves a gaping hole for team needs but they can address it in the draft and fill another team need as well.
-
i hope the Lions get a win in 09. it would suck to have them in the Opener in 2010 and lose.
-
I really don't believe Philly is going to offer 2 1st round picks. I really don't. Probably a 1st and a 3rd.
a 1st and 3rd would be a lot more than it took the Bills to get him in the first place. with the draft being heavy for talented Tackles, the Bills could afford to trade Peters for that and address the Tackle position with their first pick. i believe that Tackle could start right away too. he may not be a Pro Bowl caliber but sufficient enough to help a young team grow.
Whatever happened to Pyrite Gal?
