Analytical results from the previous investigation indicate the presence of widespread
contamination on the site and the necessity of an expanded Remedial Investigation/Feasibility
Study. Additional Investigative work was completed in 2005 to clear up discrepencies in the
data. A report describing the addtional investigation work, the results and the conclusion was
submitted in April 2006 and a revised report was submitted in January 2008.
A PRAP was completed for the OU 1 and 2 and the proposed remedy is No Action with the
imposition of an Institution/Engineering control. OU 3 along with the river sediments will be
deferred for further investigation and evaluation for an appropriate remedial action. A public
meeting was held on March 18, 2008. The ROD was signed on March 31, 2008.

Elway, Brady and Palmer play near a large body of water? No the winds at the Rich stadium are brutal in the winter. How are the winds in Boston, Cinci and Denver as oppose to Buf.

I think that Kelly is completely wrong about CA QBs, but throwing Fouts back at him is a ridiculous example. He had an infamous flameout (or should I say freeze out?) against Cincy in 1981 in a brutally cold AFC championship game. The Chargers had one of the greatest offenses in league history that year, but they were pathetic in the cold, losing 27-7.
These guys that Kelly mentioned all played in warm weather cities, as opposed to Bflo. Rob Johnson, JP and Trent all CA guys.
