The only Magic needs to happen with our DL, because its not even close to being what we need. One thing McDermott said that no one has mentioned is they talked Speed on the Defense. But he said speed + small = no. He wants power, he wants size plus speed.

Davis is a rookie. Both Davis and Johnson pass block better, Johnson is our 3rd down back. So to counter your argument, why wasn't cook on the field the last drive of the AFCCG? The draft is loaded with guys who could start, and I still say Davis can start and do well in this league.

Ward, and a damn good DL is a big start

Charvarius Ward at CB is someone I can see McBeane looking hard at. After the Tragic passing of his child, he wants as far way from California as he can get. Damn good player that our locker room Culture could help him from the emotional standpoint I think. He seems the guy that would cling to our culture and play well.

I bet they have to do the broadcast on Delay with as many times as the English, Irish and Scots use the "C" word lol
