I hate the unknown about starting a season against an nfc team that we rarely play.

We're just as much an unknown for them too.

Hopefully but I’m pretty much expecting Kupp to play on the outside a lot more than he usually does. McVay is gonna want to after whichever rookie starts with both Kupp and ARob.

That game against the Bills was arguably his best game of 2020. It was the only game all year where he 100 yards and a TD in the same game.

10 catches for 107 yards and a TD with Jared Goff at QB.

We are still waiting for that jump from Edmunds though…

Agreed.  Which is why making the right decision on him will be important.

Whether that’s re-signing him and trading Milano or letting him walk.  I don’t necessarily see a way both are here next year.

I'm really hoping Spector can develop enough to succeed Edmunds.

Uzomah was their starter but left in FA. They have Hayden Hurst over from Atlanta, not sure what depth is behind him.

As someone who was really excited when Howard signed here, but then read all the camp reports and watched him in preseason...

Let him go be a blocking specialist who doesn't offer anything as a receiver somewhere else.

He's also a big body who can wall off and post up defenders.

  4. As others have said, I agree the Bills will run more this year. I agree that Dorsey will be a bit more compliant with McDermott than Daboll was.

Add in the Kromer factor and the fact that the Bills are carrying Reggie Gilliam, Tommy Sweeney, and Quintin Knox and I think it's very possible Singletary increases his rushing per game by 7.65 yards (130 yards/17 games) and reaches th 1K mark.

  5. Everyone in this topic has spoken about the D-line/pass rush or the secondary/coverage but don't forget the Bills have two of the best coverage linebackers in the league.

They're a big part of this team's effectiveness against the pass.

IMO as long as the defense stays healthy they'll be fine.

Moreover I believe Elam is ready for the challenge and will be competitive because they'll play to his strengths.

McFrazier won't be afraid to have him press Kupp in pressure situations where Stafford has to get the ball out quickly.

I think we'll be fine. JMO.

Reports from WGR is that Russ Brandon ran down the hall and told staff "Don't let him leave the building"

The staff at the XFL? Was he talking about Araiza? That guy was always about publicity.

Hopefully a multi-year deal…put this punter uncertainty to bed for a few years.

Let's keep beds out of this... especially random beds.

Played at Iowa. Does that count :)

Do you happen to know what part of the state that is?

I live in a region of the country with way too many Scandinavian names, and Ryan Van Denmark is the most Scandinavian of them all.

Wonder if Beane has any interest in signing Ihmir Smith Marsette WR who the Vikings just waived. Has speed and size.

    Is he Scandinavian?

    Or at least Northern European?

I also see Mike Love is back …29 years old..Dude is going to play his whole career on the Bills PS whilst they draft and bring in new DE’s every year..

Wouldn't that be weird if a guy had a 10 year Practice Squad career with the same team???

What would the retirement ceremony be like?

Kumerow gets a lot a crap here but right now he is a better football player than Hodgins is.  Which is why he is on the team.

How did that happen?   Didn’t the other 31 teams see him tear up the preseason?

Agreed. Not only as a football player but Kumerow's IMO a better receiver.

Both have good size and catch radius but Kumerow is a better athlete who I've actually seen separate from defenders whereas Hodgins is like a poor man's Kenny Golladay.
