not cool to say Bills benefit from an injury.
I get you’re trying to make a joke, but it’s not particularly clever, and really not cool.Lighten up Francis

I haven’t watched the whole game. But this second half he’s made some plays.

Justin Fields is fast and shifty. Lots of potential. These receivers though…

About the oline. Have any of you given thought to the fact that it was a very make shift line, in Browns. Are he didn’t know he was playing LT until 2 days before. They held in for dear life literally holding instead of letting JA to get hit. I think it was a calculated risk taken by the coaching staff.

It’s such a strange team. A few quick strikes followed by 3 quarters of pretty ugly football. I’ve never seen a team blow people out but look so bad doing it.
Well put. That’s what I’ve been trying to say. I watch a lot of football and would agree that when you’re emotionally involved as a fan, the highs are high and the lows are low. That said I don’t see the Bills as this dominating team. They seem to get by even if the score is lopsided. It’s a strange thing for sure.

This was a dominating performance against one of the best pass defenses in the league. 14-31 is a dominating win in today's NFL.
Maybe my expectations are too high. I saw a sloppy game where the better team couldn’t really get it going consistently. If this game was against a better team and that was the result I’d feel better; I guess I expected a more complete and consistent win. Hard to explain.

I made a case earlier this week that if we are going to be able to run the ball we must commit to one feature RB, and that back clearly should be Devin Singletary. Our OL and RB's cant find a rhythm if they aren't seeing enough carries. Use Brieda as a third down receiving back more and few runs to spell Devin, but without question Devin is our best runner.
Daboll finally pulled his head out of his back side this week and ran the ball 22 times with Devin...a handful of that came about because we were chewing clock the second part of the 4th quarter protecting the lead. But its what we needed to do, and it benefited Devin and our run blocking today allowing us to run the ball more effectively when it mattered. I realize Devin had a 3.9 ypc, but that was more due to late game obvious runs.
And this was behind a patchwork offensive line with several guys hurt and playing out of position.
I hope they stick to this featuring of Devin as the primary runner and keep getting him 15+ carries per game min.
Problem is the Bills could use this strategy with a lead. Not from behind. And they don’t often have leads any more.

I can see the Bucs suffering some consequences from losing these players, but to be shut out? Collinsworth needs to stop making excuses.
Are you kidding? It’s Brady! Every excuse. Any other QB should be able to make it work. I’ve always said Brady is good. Very good. BUT he’s had weapons, a coach, a D and the refs helping how whole career. I hate that Sob

This game was on the edge of a Bills blowout. They stripped Newton on his one run, but the panthers recovered. They had two near picks. And Newton miraculously hung onto a ball when Obada blew him up on a sack. It’s those types of turnovers that have caused the panthers to get demolished. Just some lucky bounces for them today, otherwise this would have been a laugher.
Hope you’re right. I’m not so confident after this win as odd as that sounds.

Did you see Brady talking to the ref after that last sack? Probably looking for a flag. I hate that SOB

Huntley is not the physical specimen that Lamar is. Lamar is special, although limited. If you are going to hitch your wagon to a an extremely talented and athletic limited QB, pick the most talented one.
You’re forgetting the dollars. They’d save a ton that could be used to pay other players. Lamar is a one trick pony. I’d let him walk. Reminds me of slash. All hype no results.

I think that this is a more solid win than a lot of people are giving the Bills credit for.
Stuff to work on? Sure, but how many drives were stalled out by Spencer Brown alone? There were some miscues from Allen but he did more good than bad. Davis looked like a legit #2 and Singletary did fairly well.
The Bills definitely got too conservative on first/second down in the second half. We aren't going to be a clock control team this season.
Defense held solid on 4th downs and did exactly what the scheme is supposed to do: Bend don't break.
So yeah, solid win. Keep that rolling into next week.
Not that I disagree BUT. They played a lousy Panther O. This game was closer than the score and against a better team the Bills would probably lose. I expected them to really beat them. Maybe not necessarily a blow out but a dominating performance.

Fox half time is awful. They keep poking fun at the AFC. What about the NFC? It’s actually annoying. And the cartoons of the player who scores a TD is so childish. I’ve never liked FOX. Remember the robots? The circle under the player during a replay looks like a video game.

They moved the ball with ease against us??? What
At times they did especially the 1st half. If they had a kicker you’d think they would’ve kicked 3 FGs. That would also have taken away Bills possessions. The D looked hood at times but still inconsistent especially if you consider who was playing QB.

Yeah, it's the in thing to do these days, talk down the Bills and Allen. Lots of talk on the shows about not knowing if they can "trust" the Bills due to inconsistency. Whatever. Only one thing shuts people up and that's winning. I suspect if we beat New England and win out to take the division, they'll still be talking about the inconsistency during a playoff run too. It's become the media's mantra about the Bills.
Can’t blame the media. It’s true. A lot of them picked the bills to win it all. Do you trust this team?

He did not completely suck. He had a tough assignment, a weak LG next to him, and a brand new position. Anyone expecting him not to make mistakes was being unrealistic. I see a ton of potential out of his performance today.
People here would have cut Josh after his first year. Patience. Most fans don’t have it and don’t understand the game at a deep enough level to make these player assessments

How well coached and disciplined did NE look yesterday?Maybe. But would you agree that typically they are?

Sloppy win. A wins a win especially in the NFL this year. That said, they cannot play like this against a well coached and disciplined Pats* team. If they do they will probably lose. Also the refs today helped the Bills out a lot. I wonder why? Media? I’m afraid the calls will go against the Bills next week.
