In the winter of 2018 I was too sick to really study things & have a decent opinion. I was neutral on Josh Allen before the draft & then went into trust but verify mode when we drafted him.  The guy I was most against was Rosen because the concussions reminded me too much of Rob Johnson. I thought he was a medical risk, not that he'd be horrible in the NFL.  I have to admit with my limited knowledge at the time I wanted Darnold, which is almost as bad as wanting Rosen, but the Jets took him at 3 & made things easier to accept.

I saw several sites that compared Darnold to Andrew Luck.  Such as:  https://www.nfl.com/prospects/sam-darnold/32004441-5246-6141-9e5c-6e7d32a03e33

I wanted him too.  So happy the Jets are the Jets.

The fact Dane didn’t play suggests he’s a starter. Both Elam and Benford made a couple good plays and looked decent overall today. Good to see. Big upside, but early season is a huge concern.

Likely concussion protocol for Elam, hopefully precautionary. Liked his jib today!

I saw him go to the medical tent and he looked a little unsteady.  But I didn't see the collision.  Was it a bad hit?

  3. Seeing it live, it actually seemed to defy physics.  It moved so fast off his leg, when next you caught sight of it was when it sailed above your head after traveling 30 yards.  It looked like a golf ball driven by Bryson DeChambeau.

dbol would be worthless to these guys. hgh makes a ton of sense for recovering from injury, but i doubt testing for that is very good, and league should turn a blind eye to it anyways. the only way its enhancing them is recovery, and theres no way the nfl wants these guys recovering at the rate that normal human beings do

Hi there, I'm a new season ticket holder this year and from what I hear, the default choices are either (1) plastic card + electronic or (2) electronic only.  When I ran a search for "paper tickets" I did see a few mentions in threads from 2021, so I'm thinking there must still be a way to get those.  Can anyone tell me if that's correct, and if so how I would go about getting them? I'm still undecided if I'd do it, but I'd still like to know.

    Thanks!

I don't think they're available at all.  Too easy to forge.  What frustrates me even more is that you can't even print anything off to bring to the game should you purchase from a re-seller:  you must use a QR code from your phone.  Which is a pain for anyone from Canada who doesn't want to pay a fortune for roaming data while over the border for a game.

You could contact your Rep:  every Season Ticket holder has an Account Service Coordinator.

Wish Jerry well, he just wasn’t the finisher he used to be. My most memorable sack of his was when he whipped All-Pro Joe Thomas for a defining sack. Those days are long gone.

Do you have a link?  Would love to watch that.

He was sitting behind great WRs. He was a late rd rookie, what did you expect? And he made the active roster late in the year.

    He has freakish speed.

I can only find a 4.45 for his 40.  Am I missing something?  Diggs ran a 4.46, and I would not call him freakish in the speed department.  Fast, can run from most corners, but not Tyreek Hill fast.

While I like the idea, I have concerns about this regime’s ability to draft defensive players.  Their biggest hit to date is probably Ed Oliver.

The rest of the picks on defense have either been meh, flops or undeveloped.  Yes I’m including Edmunds in “meh.”

They’ve invested a lot in defense in the draft and have gotten nothing.

Tre'Davious is pretty good.  Milano too.  And Taron Johnson.  Phillips did well this year.
