And yet he leads the NFL in air yards.  Those 10% must be REALLY long throws.  https://www.statmuse.com/nfl/ask/highest-qb-air-yards-per-throw

In the middle of the field on his deep one's too. This clown in no different than Dwight Smith saying I knew the plays ...tells ..whatever you wanna call them. Cause coach said when they do this they're going here. Queen thinks Balty is the brains of the NFL . HillRious

I would absolutely watch “regular” fans put up money (to earn money) and play in real games. It would be amazing (and you need to sign a health waiver).

I've thrown plenty of Td passes in the SFL. They sell  Purdy so hard, Aikman even says "he's not just a system quarterback. Collinsworth "he's so quick going through his reads"  it's all about the game plan. They do the same crap every week. Baltimote was told to defend it. His Flippin progression is hit the guy in between the hash wide open, so as to nobody can bat it right back in your face. Tua can play, I'll give him that.

The shanahan tree likes to attack the middle of the field in those 2 high looks.  Baltimore's been switching the over/under between the corner and safety taking away the throw at the time the QBs want to make it.  Safety rolls under like a robber, and the corner plays behind like the cover 2 safety.

The rest of it comes down to tackling on the underneath stuff, and stifling their run game.  It's not always "knowing what they're doing", and comes down to putting them into passing situations.

I could be in the pro bowl qb'ing Frisco if the league played me like Dallas does vs how Baltimore did. Then we gotta look at Dan Quinn all day. It's a joke.

  4. Here comes Purdy 🤣

who is injured and when matters too.

The 49ers couldn't throw a forward pass for almost all of the NFC Championship game.

If Brock Purdy gets grabbed a few inches lower on the arm, more toward the elbow, his UCL probably doesn't get hurt. Or if the DL was a few inches higher up and missed his hand entirely, his elbow doesn't get impacted. The whole game goes differently.

Or if the injury happens in the 4th quarter when the 49ers are leading by 10 (just an example) maybe they get the plane landed and win. But it happened the first drive, which allowed enough time for the backup to ALSO get hurt.

He's been knocked out of any game he's had real pressure.  I'll go on the limb and say this is his last season starting in San Francisco. He might Baker like somewhere else then fade off. The Cowboys haven't pressured hom yet so I think they get him.

These guys want Super Bowls.  Yes, they're there to make money but they're also competitive.  I mean you see the emotion of some of these owners.

To say to a degree, maybe for some owners.  The ones that you see by their actions and others, you see this is their passion.

To say that all 32 would buy in to a rigged system just to make money because they don't care about winning....(I know you didn't say this)

How do you get the entire city of Green Bay to buy into that?

You mean title town might complain? Bart Starr, Brett Favre and all the qbs they had . . In San Diego the guy goes for 4th and short from his own 20 for how many years? Look at all the franchises that really don't put effort to win. Maybe its all in their deal. Idk but some are obviously not making an effort to compete.

    sounds like American politics.....

Remember when Joe Ferguson played on that ankle at San Diego in the playoffs? Man that was football. One of my most remembered games of all time and it was a loss. In today's rules that would have been a home game.

The problem with fixing anything is keeping people quiet. You’d need thousands of people to stay quiet. It’s not happening. Thats why I don’t believe it’s possible.

Heck, look what happened to Michigan. When too many people know about something it’ll always get out.

It's been getting out for years. Everyone laughs off not only what they see but what they hear. But they'll buy into masks or epstein.

Idk. Nobody thinks Miami can win and we are probably already in before the game kicks unless they wanna make sure Sunday night is for all the marbles. KC in the superbowl would mean the most watched event ever with swifties doubling it up. Whoever goes to kc is in trouble

as fun as this is, the truth is that if the league was fixed the Bills would have won a Super Bowl

As Dwight Smith down played the ability ofTom Brady and interjected with none other than Jim Kelly, "the kicker missed the kick". Jimbo well respected among his peers

You'll know the league is fixed if the Chiefs get to a superbowl (and win it) again this year.

The reason I say this is because there's a lot of chatter that the NFL was going out of there way to give the illusion of 'screwing the chiefs' going back the Eagles game when they came out of their bye week. We also know about the infamous Koney Offside call against the Bills and a very questionable non pass interference call the week before in Green Bay.

But now that the playoffs are here I would watch closely regarding crucial calls swinging back in the chiefs favor because I just don't see any scenario in which the NFL doesn't want the Chiefs and Mahomes in the AFCCG again at minimum, especially a Ravens/Chiefs one. So if the Bills were to face the Chiefs again in the playoffs, likely the WC or divisional round, I honestly dread what the officiating would look like in that one.

Interesting. Definitely the bandwagon isn't where you wanna be. They shook em all off of kc Dallas and Miami. Trick or treat who knows but I'd think Kelces gf is gonna get some more highlights. They buried AL Michael's for her.

I was mad as hell when Buffalo wouldn't pressure the gimpy Mahomes. Two weeks to heal and the Bucs were all over him and Brady wins again.

I don't think you need to be a conspiracy type to believe this. The courts opened up fantasy betting as legal, and Fan Duel and Draft Kings completed like hell to grab market share in anticipation of all sports gambling being legalized.

Right. Conspiracy theorists is a blanket term now.

It is ridiculous but you will still have people gripping on any kind of conspiracy.  I mean we have flat earthers.

And we have Michael strahan in outer space. Lmao.

Youll believe anything and you tell everyone youre a sucka

After the Lion game I am more convinced then ever, that while the NFL is not fixed, they do not discourage the refs from being incompetent, so they can get the headlines.

Yeah, refs are a good distraction. I always thought they just had to manipulate momentum and Brady would win. Now the hits are gone and you can spot poor effort in action easily. That Cowboys game they threw forearms at Cook. Cook moved a pile of about 12 guys 9 or 10 yards or whatever it was.. Like the globetrotters the refs are just some fool standing out there these days. It's evolving.

And my theory is draft kings and fanduel were pioneer fantasy hubs that were always meant as books. The fantasy Era hooked a lot of people and the bet the stats now in parlays for the hope of big scores. ...that Dallas game as an example they bust em all out with Allen, what? Under 100 yards? Then all you hear on every show is Cook is coming to stardom.

It's comedy, and drama, but it used to be the greatest suspense movie you'd ever see. They're too obvious.

You belong to a message board that is the male equivalent of a soap opera and you're debating with other people that it is not real while being a bit of a condescending prick about it which makes the whole thing more enjoyable. This is actually good entertainment. Are you fake or real?

I'm not debating. I'm the debated.

You just don't want to admit you're critiquing a fictional game lol.   You are scouting players when the player isn't the one determining his performance, it's the league according to you....but then you still scout these players??

And you make fun of other people on this board?

there is a football element.  a big one.  guys like cook and purdy will be a flash in the pan.  Youre just upset you pull for a guy that wont make it when defenses are ordered to stop him.
