Miami I’m this if they can get creative in the run game and set up the pass
idk what he’s doing with his play calls right now

Seriously thouhh
if the dolphins keep it a one score game they are in business in my opinion and could make it interestinf
thiught the dolphins would use what they did last week against us in the first half I’ve seen NO creativity for the run game like last week
id they did they would be ripping the chiefs up
-
Idk why McDaniel is complicating things
last drive he goes 25 yards and first downs then all the sudden throws three straight stupid passes

Is Houstons offense this good? People are wide open!
No I’m convinced the browns are over rated been saying it all year
they are good and take care of business against a tough team with weapons they didn’t have thag much
-
Impressive by stroud
-
So maybe the browns defense didn’t play much competition ?
maybe?
-
I hear you but
BRING ON THE CHIEFS!!!!
sick of those guys it’s our turn this is our year
we goin to get us a ship!!!
-
appears it’s not as bad as predicted
-
Nope this is the year
this is it I’m selling out to it
-
Bad take… yikes
-
Good poll
Currently (last 10 years) KC hands down. Just sick of how they magically get there and win it. Last year I couldn’t believe it - I don’t think I can handle another chiefs SB
historically I think if Miami won a sb before us again - dang I’d be annoyed
same with the cowboys a close second to the chiefs becuase they - to me - are consistently over rated and Over hyped

Thought it might be interesting, as we head into the playoffs, to discuss a few times in recent seasons that we were all wrong and Brandon Beane was right:
- "Wrong Josh" - don't you wish you had Josh Rosen right now?
- "Undersized LB" - letting Tremaine Edmunds walk and replacing him with a tiny LB in Terrel Bernard?? Disaster!
- "Pay Shaq! Pay Phillips! Pay Poyer!" - Beane let all of them walk and all of them came back on cheaper contracts.
- "Don't pay Ed!" - Remember your reaction when you saw the big Ed Oliver contract?
- "Another RB who can't handle a full workload!" - Cook is way too small to ever be a true lead back.
- "Pay Gabe Davis" - what a difference a year makes. Wish we locked Gabe up last year at $12M/yr.
- "FIRE MCDERMOTT" - this would have been Beane's call, if it happened.
I'm sure there are many more, but those are just from the top of my head.
How about that Rasul Douglas trade?
2022 Draft Class:
1st - Elam - TBD
2nd - Cook - STUD
3rd - Bernard - STUD
5th - Shakir - STUD
6th - Benford - STUD
7th - Spector - Possibly good depth!
2023 Draft Class:
1st - Kincaid - STUD
2nd - Torrence - STUD
3rd - Dorian - TBD
5th - Shorter - TBD
7th - Broeker + Austin - our team was too deep to keep them
Beane has been en fuego.
Do you have any others?
Elam is a bust
not sure why it’s still TBD. ?
-
I submitted mine already but the more I think about it - I’m having a hard time seeing them even score…
I guess maybe 10 points ….but sheesh

Early forecast is high of 24 degrees with chance of snow showers and winds 15-25 mph with higher gusts most likely.
Storm system coming thru Saturday looks like it could set up the lake snow machine with backing winds behind it if other conditions set up favorably.
From Forecaster Discussion on NOAA/NWS Buffalo:
"The next feature of interest is a potent shortwave trough and rapidly intensifying sfc low tracking into the mid-Mississippi River valley Friday night. However...there still remains timing issues as the low pressure system steams ENE towards the Great Lakes region. Even so...given it`s current advertised track at the moment it looks like we will initially see a mixed bag of precipitation, that then quickly transitions over to rain. Saturday...the sfc low passes by to our west with a `much` (-15C to -17C) colder air mass rapidly advecting into the Lower Lakes. We might be looking at some decent accumulating snows this time for the tail end of the weekend. This would be for Saturday night through Sunday but this is way too far out to have any confidence given the lack of model run to run consistency. Stay tuned."
Doesn’t seem all that bad?
Everyone talks about this for Josh as the bills
mason Rudolph - whose big plays to wr has really jump started free offense has to throw in it too?
pickens and Johnson have to run in it too and try to locate it?
still more in our favor - not gonna be close and I couldn’t be happier
go bills

Yeah we all saw this coming and I couldn’t be more giddy lol
Hackett is horrible

Not expecting anything pretty on either side.
What I don't understand is people saying "ooh the Steelers are a tough grind it out team, this weather favors them!" when that has not been the case at all this year. Their offense has totally stunk for most of the season, then their 3rd string QB gets on a common backup hot steak and suddenly they're the offensive version of the Steel Curtain? Nah. We're gonna stop their offense dead in its tracks. I predict two turnovers for our defense and that's a conservative guess.
Out offense I don't expect explosiveness but without TJ Watt on the field we have matchup advantages all over the field. Avoid Minkah Fitzpatrick's zone, play ball control, let persistence and the clock win the game for your. I trust our offense to make just enough plays to get into the endzone a few times especially with what I think will be a couple short fields.
Basically I think this will resemble the home Patriots game but without the Steelers offense making a game of it in the 2nd half.
Not only that Pittsburgh has had a cake walk of a schedule with third stringers and also banged up teams they are playing
equal competiton to them they lost
New England
indy
cincinatti was without chase (potentially Higgins if I’m not correct?
yeah they kind of sound interesting but I watched them struggle against Baltimore as well - resting starters

I think the BEST SIGN buffalo could make a run over anything else is that our coaching has improved !!!
making adjustments on offense and defense - I’ll hand it to them I didn’t think they had it in themselves

Right. I have to admit, I didn't notice Spector, whom several people have commented on. What I noticed was that the defensive line wasn't blowing people up, but they were working hard enough to get consistent pressure and be making stops in the run game.
And the D backs were all over the place. Loved when Poyer lit up that guy and Collinsworth went nuts. Rapp was possessed on the last two plays. Benford stood out all game, and Jackson was his usual solid self.
It was a great show.
I'm sure the Dolphins came into the game expecting to win, and came into the second half confident. I usually don't take pleasure in the other guy's misery, but I really enjoyed thinking about how shell-shocked they were at the end. Josh just coming at them relentlessly, mistakes or not, especially on the long third-down run, Harty exploding on them, and the defense just completely taking it to them. It was awesome.
Thank you for crediting McDermott - he deserves it you’re absolutely right. The halftime adjustments were championship caliber (did I say that right? 😂). What good coaching does! Kudos to learning sean
i noticed in the first half our dline was dominating too but man were the dolphins taking advantage of no calls
saw a TON of holding on the big men up front - I know it happens every play but dang it was like Dallas vs Miami all over again

I get the premise but the only game necessary is this one
go bills take care of Pittsburgh - golly I hate this franchise

I think that’s our motto
”4 more”

Baltimore is still the “safe” bet
o don’t feel this way I think harbaugh ruined his chances again sitting guys - 2 weeks off is long and boring
