No, it's really not. Upgrading to a player who is objectively better than Milano would be a huge deal. Milano is solid with some impressive flashes here and there, but he's nowhere I would consider to be elite. I know it's early in the season and we probably don't need to do it yet, but down the stretch if we haven't added one or two top tier pieces to this team, then I genuinely don't believe we're going to win it all. When you're as close as we are and as close as we have been, you should be willing to do anything and everything to get over the hump. I pray we see this from Beane eventually this season.
