Wouldn’t mind Hurst but you are giving him too much credit on that TD. Poyer completely blew the coverage.

Maybe so, but there aren't many TE's in the NFL that can take a pass 61 yards to the house and not get caught. Sure, Hyde was closing in on him, but he still got over 60 yards out of the play. I don't see any TE on the Bills roster outside of Knox that is a threat to take a pass and get 40 YAC.

  2. As others have mentioned, would be nice to get a TE like Engram in here, but I think the target should be Hayden Hurst. ATL just invested a ton of capital in Kyle Pitts, and he is already looking the part. I think we all remember Hayden Hurst from when he blew past the defense a couple years ago to win the BAL game.

Engram needs to go to TE Academy, Hurst does not. Both would likely be later round compensation... I just don't have a lot of faith in our TE options after Knox.

Weird that they played him so much last night. He was open a few times for big plays and Hurts missed him.

Probably at the request of the Cardinals to be honest... they wanted Philly to show them justification for whatever the price tag ended up being.

  4. I may be in the minority here, but my annual trip(s) to Buffalo for a game or three would absolutely be extended to include a UB game. Imagine being able to tailgate and attend a CFB and NFL game two days in a row at the same spot? Sign me up. Double that for the camper lot. Well worth hauling my camper down from Maine for.

They just gave him his entire salary in one go. He didn't sacrifice anything.

Not to say Diggs is selfish or anything like that, but in this instance it is actually beneficial to the player.

I may be wrong, but I believe signing bonuses would be taxed at a higher rate rather than salary? Either way - restructuring is always a player doing the team a favor in my eyes. This is huge!

He's an older, less good version of Breida.

Bro, you gotta sign him just for the mustache game he brings to the team photo alone.

Seriously though, Brieda is more explosive, younger, and capable of catching passes out of the backfield.

How so? Brieda's best season saw him catch 27 passes. Bernard's WORST season saw him catch 30 passes...
