There is no reason to not play starters in preseason, (4) four QBs out in the first two weeks of the season,, not counting other player with concussions, hamstring pulls, etc, etc, it has always been a strawman argument to not play your starters, it’s a pansies argument. Any player can be out in the first two games of the season, this year proves that not a playing starters in preseason to be a false narrative.
